Staff and Leadership

OTHER INFO:  Kevin is originally from north Alabama and a devoted fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide.  He is married to his wife, Melissa, and they have 6 adult children and 5 grandchildren.  Kevin is a graduate of Liberty University (1984) with a degree in Church Music.  Kevin has served 35 plus years in full-time church ministry.

FAVORITE BIBLE VERSE:  Psalm 40:1-3

COOL EXPERIENCE:  Besides the day I married my wife, the birth of all of our children. And there was that time I jumped off a small cliff into the Mekong River in Thailand . . . and when I took an exhilarating ride in a vehicle along a narrow road high in the Andes Mountains of southern Peru, peering down into one of the deepest canyons in the world!

FAVORITE THING TO DO:  Spending time with my wife and family (especially my grandchildren)!  I also love to watch Alabama football with my kids and enjoy fishing (especially where the water is salty)!

FAVORITE FOOD:  It’s hard to narrow down to just one, so fried chicken, steak, and seafood is high on the list.  However, the more I’m exposed to other nationalities, the more I enjoy international cuisine.  If I was asked what would be my last meal before I died, it would probably be a strawberry/banana shake from Sonic. J

OTHER:  I love to sing and play a little piano, and write music (when inspired).  I love to help others.  I enjoy meeting people from other countries – working with immigrants and refugees.
